Ovens Green Boarding Kennels & Cattery

Sudbury Rd, Acton, Sudbury CO10 0BS, UK – 01787 375763

I've used Ovens Green for the last 6 years and would highly recommend them. Karen and Dean were wonderful with our last dog (who use to cry when she had to leave the kennels!!) and have been great with our puppy. Both dogs have always been excited when they arrive knowing the fuss that will be made of them.

Ovens Green Kennels is a great family run business. Karen, Dean and Hannah are always cheerful and extremely helpful and care for my dog Magic very professionally and with great kindness. She loves going to the kennels which says it all. I have used them regularly for 4 years and would highly recommend them for boarding and day care. Mary Morgan

Ardmore Vets

57 Cornard Rd, Sudbury CO10 2XB, UK – 01787 372588

One of the best vets. Very friendly staff who all go above and beyond. They care not only about the animals that come in, but the people bringing them in. Thank you all for taking care of Guss, he appreciates it just as much as we do!

I went to Ardmore last night in an emergency situation with my 7 week old kitten. My usual vets who I will now no longer be dealing with had an out of hours service which required me to go to colchester to see someone not from their practice .... a common practice now for out of hours apparently. I will now be registering the rest of my animals with Ardmore based on the kind caring professional yet friendly service and care we received last night .The vet didn't try and make the bill higher than needs be and she was very through , knowledgeable and friendly . I really can't recommend this practice enough based on my experience.

Mulberry Court

171-173 Melford Rd, Sudbury CO10 1JU, UK – 01787 881888

Always polite and helpful. Vets are informative. Nurses are attentive and my dog senses that. She thinks it's a day out. Like the care plan. Only downside is no night emergency which is outsourced now. Correct me if I am wrong but, this outsource vet wanted £150 just to walk through the door. Consult and treatment was extra. Other than that I would thoroughly recommend this vetenary surgery.

They are brilliant. They took carr of my kitten really well.

Swayne & Partners

Little St Mary's, Long Melford, Sudbury CO10 9HY, UK – 01787 370773

Very friendly and accommodating staff! they were more than willing to book me in and see my rabbits for an emergency appointment regardless of not being registered. Now being registered I can say their service has not faulted in the slightest. They answer any and all queries with a friendly air and simple but informative answers. Dedicated and quick responses to queries and more than willing to see your pets for any concerns no matter how big or small. However I wish there was ample parking .. parking for this vets is horrendous 🙁

Not bad but not good either, I think it depends on what vet you get on the day. I have had junior vets describing me medication of the wrong strength and also unnecessary stuff but did get money back when complained
